I like the idea of scout, now one list of players became very easy to search for players is bad, because this would facilitate for those who have access and dispute would be unfair for players . I think it should be more difficult, for example, the transfer list page should be by division.

I’m against this file idea, there should be no difference between donators and non donators, but if any file shoud be added, than everyone should have access to it. I also consider boring to search for players on this files. It would become very easy to find players.
