From my humble point of view, I enjoyed trying to put together a team from the youth system and watching them improve. But with the moral system this is impossible as I can’t afford to let untested players into the team until their stats have grown. Now I just put together a team of allsorts :(
This morale rule is horrendous, I am going to be left with no decent squad players, two more want to leave, I had to loan out some of my squad. How are you supposed to keep up and coming players and field your best team also? Not for me I’m afraid. I can understand if these are playing no games at all, surely the friendlies must count for something? I will have to use youth players for injuries and red cards :(

Surely if i have bought the player then he automatically becomes mine and all loan deals cancel automatically?
if not lesson learned!
Bought a keeper for £90,000,000 in the medium tick, he is on loan at a club, i have requested termination but heard nothing?
