Gabriel, why the restriction that we have to be 1 year without managing a national team?

I think it makes sense to give people a chance to find a team, but now most of the teams are without managers for most of the time

Moreover, why isn’t it possible for managers to change from one intl team to another? Now the only option is resign, wait 1 season, and then try a job in another team…

Anyway, some suggestions for improvement there!

I think that’s a nice suggestion. The idea of the restriction was to give all managers a fair chance of managing a national team, but I suppose we could allow any applications as long as the national team has been without a manager for a while. I’ll add that change to our list for consideration.
