When you loan out a player, you should give a bonus to the club where you loan the player as for exemple :
If the players plays :
*20 matches, the club will get 200.000
*25 matches, the club will get 300.000
Etc…
It would be better than the clause of “loan stops because of X matches missed”
With bonus it will be possible to transfer money from teams.

It is a similar suggestion
Not so similar, my suggestion is more to motivate clubs to loan players and get money to make them play
in the world I play i have top player under the age of 23 I don’t want to make play in first time for this season and next season so I would like to loan them in a club where they could increase their skills!
I would love to give money to the club who will make them play as i think it will diserve it!
This is a good idea, would be nice to get something for improving a player for another team.
As Ulisses mentions, the concern would be that this would allow the passing of money between teams, potentially making it easier to cheat.
Yes, but the loaner cannot decided who the loanee is a going to be, which diminishes the chances of cheating greatly. In addition, the “monetary reward” to a loanee for improving your player should proportional to the value increase, which again should keep things in check.
For starting managers, this could be a good way to get some cash.
I think this is a good idea.
@Dhimitri: making the reward proportional to the player improvement changes things, now we can start considering this idea :D
Yeah, that sounds alot more reasonable. Maybe if it was something where in the loan options you could select bonus and opt to pay 10 or 20 % of the increase in value.
Really I have 4 young players I would like to make play loaning them, and I would be also really pleased to pay one club to make them play. Wish this idea is possible to be realized!
