I’ve tried to make an offer for Jonathan Lecomte on a free transfer, and got this message:

“Prevented by anti-cheat protection. If you are not trying to cheat, contact admins.”

Well, I’m not cheating. Sadly I’ll lose the player, as he already has an offer from another club.

we have protections similar to what managersim had. We know that this sometimes can harm people who are not trying to cheat. but we believe that, for a greater good, those protections are ok for now. was that player previously owned by someone you know?

Yes, he was owned by one of my work colleagues, who released him from his squad. I’m sure you’re aware that almost a half of the Portuguese teams are managed by people who work on the same company. :)

I’ve never been a Managersim player, so these protections are new to me…

But now I understand why I couldn’t bid the player.
