I just played an English Premier League game, and the red cards are wrong:

Miguel Valerio and Youssef Hay received red cards. However, Miguel Valerio is still allowed to play the next game in the Premier League.

I assume receiving a red card stops a player from playing in the next game, is the above correct?

Yeah, the red card should stop them from playing the following match. Unfortunately, the following match has passed by now, but I see none of them were present: https://goalfc.net/match/report/9631590

Are you sure Valerio was available? I can definitely look into it from a code perspective, but it would have been easier to check before the match above had been played.
