I got a player who cancelled negotiations with me, for being too far apart from expected wages. But I offered more than his existing, and suggested, wages.

That can still happen but should not be common (unless your Negotiatons investment level is low, the suggested wage accuracy is based on that).

My Negotiations level is 10. Hmmm, most frustrating.
