I can drag and drop, but not easily. It takes many tries per position/player. The position selection widget is still gone and worked much better for my phone. I uses Samsung edge.

If you are using a phone I believe you cannot drag and drop anymore. You have to click on the player and then select his replacement

Yeah I use my iPhone and you have to click and select a position. No more drag and drop.

On my iPad I can still use drag and drop though.
