The first one for accept my conditions and in the second he rejected the offer. In my opinion this situation are impossible, rejected or accepted but both of them are imposible and when you have two opposites messages are stranger and confused.

Is your player transfer listed? Yesterday I fixed a bug related to that, but if it happened in the latest tick it is probably a different problem.
