i have been looking at the game history and noticed that penalty kicks never result in goals, at least in my games.. looking at this particular game history i have a few comments:

Formation – 3-3-5 4-5-1

5 min: Walters (h) is injured.
5 min: Lindley (h) replaces Walters (h)
5 min: The referee shows Culshaw (a) a yellow card.
7 min: The referee shows Lindley (h) a yellow card.
7 min: The referee shows Kirkland (h) a yellow card.
16 min: The referee shows P. Cilli (h) a yellow card.
20 min: P. Cilli (h) is injured.
20 min: Foster (h) replaces P. Cilli (h)
26 min: The referee shows Talbot (h) a yellow card.
33 min: Penalty Kick
37 min: Penalty Kick
38 min: The referee shows J. Black (h) a yellow card.
39 min: Penalty Kick
43 min: The referee shows Brunton (a) a yellow card.
47 min: Foster (h) is injured.
47 min: W. Hart (h) replaces Foster (h)
47 min: The referee shows Watson (a) a yellow card.
70 min: The referee shows W. Hart (h) a yellow card.
79 min: Watson (a) is injured.
79 min: Watson (a) leaves the field (not possible to replace)
84 min: Brunton (a) scores

First one, the formation assumed was 3-3-5 !! probably because three of my offensive players (including my precious P. Cilli – Best league scorer..) were injured and replaced. minor error

Second, you can look at the game game history and see that there was 3 penaltys and none of them were converted. This could happen in a crazy game, sure, but i never seen a penalty converted in my games, and there has been a lot of them. in my last 3- 4 games 7 penalties and none converted.

third – i noticed that in minute 79 one west ham player was injured and not replaced saying ‘not possible to replace’ why ? there should be at least one player available, he had not made any substitution…

P.S: I think the Manchester United manager Andre Pimentel, managed to reverse engineer your code, in order to fix this game in order to get half my team unavailable, and injure the other half including my wonder striker Pietro Cilli. Only that way he could manage to win the derby… :D

The substitutions limit is wrong, as you can see :-P
About the 3-3-5 we need to investigate, never seen that before.
Penalty kicks are unrealistic, it is very difficult to score a penalty kick right now, we’ll change that (and inform in the report who took the penalty kick).

Fixed the substitutions limit to be 3 per team instead of 3 per match ;-)

Well, penalty kicks are indeed very dificult to score…..I had SIX penalty kicks against Tottenham and scores one LOL

I have enhanced that, but one of the problems is that the player who suffered the foul is the one to take the penalty kick. When we change that to let the manager pick the penalty kick taker for his team the number of penalty kicks scored should increase :-)

too many penalties (missed 3!!), too many yellow cards etc

Do the players who shot the penalties have good shooting Thiago? If they don’t, more penalties should be scored when you can pick the penalty taker.

Right now there are too many penaltys per game!

I guess we have to make players more careful when inside the penalty area.
