In midticker, on my main screen:

75 AZ 3 × 4 Veendam Eredivisie
76 AZ 5 × 1 Angelholm Friendly
77 AZ 2 × 0 VfB Stuttgart Friendly
40 Bolton Wanderers x AZ Friendly
78 Excelsior x AZ Eredivisie

If I go to matches, 40 is between 39 and 41, but it does say ‘40 Bolton Wanderers x AZ Friendly’ (as if it should still be played).

That’s weird, this match wasn’t played for some reason. It shows on your main screen because we look for the next matches to be played (no score registered yet), no matter when it is supposed to happen (even in the past, in this case :-)). I’ll remove it.
