after the downtime of the site he just cant get back here, im here everything works, but he keeps getting a message in ff telling him that he timed out. he can go on any other site on the web except for this one. can you help?

hm… i cant do much then. what i will do is restart our http requests handler. please let me know if that solves the problem. i am doing it in 2 minutes.

also, ask him to clean his internet cookies and temp files.
