I had money in my transfer budget at the end of last season, now after moving over to the new schedule, I have 0$.

Can you fix?

Did this happen to anyone else?

This is normal, it will reset in every end of a season! You get some Investment Points from it, go to the Investments link and distribute your points as you want.
In turn 13 you will have your transfer budget back depending on the transfer budget level ( and stadium ) you chose.
