Hi Guys this is my first post here and I am just wondering what ways can you be fired from your team/board? I know you can be fired for inactivity but can you be fired for poor performance? or this just happens when someone applies for your job in the newspaper?
I think a mate of mine has double crossed me and I just want to confirm how you can actually loose your job?

You can lose your job when;
- Your performance is bad (most of the times only with top team)
- You performance is bad/ at risk and an other higher ranked manager applies
- Inactivity

There aren’t really any other reasons to get kicked i believe.

AFAIK you cannot get fired because of bad performance. I should know, since I was at 1% performance for some time :P

(though that wasn’t with a top team, at the time at least)
