I doubt…this is the best goalkeeper I’ve seen!
No doubt about that, and the best of all, he’s Argentine ehehehe
how does that guy even concede a goal!?! Amazing stats
And more surprisly, he’s still developing :D Somo skills not 100 yet lol
So Argentina does stand a chance in the World Cup :-)
That explains why my Uruguayan attackers were so uneffective against Argentina!
Gabriel, what’s wondering me is the fact that he’s improving a Lot Beyond His 26th birthday. I thought Player stop developing After 25 Years ?
Virginio Costa – a 29 y.o. defender of mine is improved from 629 to 641 this season. He even isn’t a brazilian international. :)

They improve untill there “locked in stats” are all there. Wether he’s 23 or 29 doesn’t matter. If he has it in him to increase 140 stats, then he will :). He just needs the X amount of games. If X hasn’t been reached yet….then he will keep on increasing untill he has. Age has no influence…
@Sly
Both Costa and Hertha;s goalie have played all the possible games and beyond to reach their full growth. These are not players that have only played 100 games before and, hence, can still grow at ages of 26 and 29
The age limit is really 31, when the skills start to decrease, not increase. And not all players get 140 skill points to improve, that’s just an average. And even for players that have always played regularly it is still possible that they continue improving beyond 25 y.o., as long as they locked in stats haven’t all been unlocked, as Sly pointed out. Of course you’re more likely to find these situations when the player has not played many official matches or has been in teams with low coaching level.
Arghhh I almost bought this guy for 50m meeting the asking pricce when he was 95 keeping ,the seller changed his asking price and he was gone…..greedy bastard
now he’s $259,407,890 – OMG!
thanks to this thread, now i’m aware that players can grow beyond their 26th bday. But this obviously does not happen very often …
.
How about some hidden values being enabled by playing for a big team, winning a trophy, playing caps, etc ??
Vice versa, losing skills by playing rarely in first team or playing a minor league/country ?
Hidden values sound good, specially for caps…we need to come up with a way to prevent national managers to benefit themselves and friends by selecting their clubs’ players, if we ever add such a bonus for caps.
We have a plan to make players temporarily lose skills in some situations such as playing rarely in first team, as you mentioned.
Wow, his value is already $338,116,830. Knowing he has only a starting value of $164 277 every player is a potential star :)
The clue is he played almost 400 matches and played all league matches from his 17 birthday. So does somebody want to loan my youth goalie Chavez. He has a higher staring value AND he is Argentinian. :-D lol
Virgino Costa – still improving (559 overal at the moment) and already 30 years old now. My best player in 45 seasons fastticker and yes, he comes from Tigre.
What will happen if he still is improving at the age of 31 (next season)? Normally he would decrease in skills from that age.
The improvement will stop when he reaches 31, no matter what.
Wow with the CL victory, palacio is now $653,918,768 …this is more than my team value and my money together. LOL
