I manage Milan and I´m unable to transfer list a player, I get the message “team too small”, but I have 28 players!!! Is this an error?…

You have to much loan listed players, that’s why you can’t put any player on the transfer list.

Dennis is correct, you must have at least 14 players that are:
- not youth
- not loan listed
- not transfer listed
- not loaned

From those 14, at least 1 goalkeeper.
