I just found out how to use it, it is a good web-based system!

1. Access http://site.gravatar.com/
2. Create your account using the same e-mail you used for Ruby Soccer
3. Upload your avatar, and assign it to your e-mail

Takes a couple hours to get published I think, but it works great. Pretty easy.
