Just so i’m 100% sure on this; If i have an AR. I play him A – RC – 0. No penalties on his stats right? So what if i then alter his individual tactics to move left when team has the ball, he then becomes A – C – 0. Does he then become penalised? Thanks for any help

Yes, he does, -1 on all skills. When he goes back to A RC 0, no penalties.
