I have a question. Players get -3 on all stats if playing on the wrong side. So an ML playing on the right will lose stats.

BUT………..

What about Central players? What if you play 4-4-2 in the following way…

Can you you use a DC on numbers 3,4 an an MC on numbers 7,8 and offcourse a AC on number 10,11?

Central players you can use on positions LC, C and RC, but not on positions L and R.
So you have 5 positions on the field. And on each position -1, 0 and +1
DL DLC DC DRC DR
ML MLC MC MRC MR
AL ALC AC ARC AR

You have only 4 positions in your example so I guess you don’t use a player on the C position. So your
DC-players can play on positions 3 and 4, MC on 7 and 8 and AC on 10 and 11.
As long as they don’t play on the wings your central players wont be punished.

R-player can play on position R and RC
