Hello, new to the game and I’m sure the question been asked a hundred times but how or can i buy a player from a CPU team. I have played ManagerSim for many years with some success and quite a bit of failure and would help to take this game forward but I still have a lot of questions, but i will ask for your help in answering them as they crop up.

For now you can only buy players that are on transfer list. Before we implement the possibility to make a buy proposal for one player that is not in the transfer list, we want to make sure we improve our economy. Also, we dont want to implement this in a hurry, as we dont want dumb AI selling players that it shouldnt sell.
