How long does a youth player stay in the touth squad? Is there a minimum period and maximum period. Because one of my youths is just 60 turns in my youth squad. It’s a little too short to me

Minimum 72 turns, maximum 144 (17 yo generated) or 288 (16 yo generated). As they ask for a contract 12 turns before that we have the 60 turn situation you mentioned. Yes, it is too short, but may happen occasionally :-)
