what is the criteria to define who is the first of 2 teams if they have the same points?

Currently it is fixed based on brazilian rule, which is: number of victories, goals scored – goals against, goals scored.

We plan to make that more flexible and country dependant.

that brazilian-rule is strange to me. can’t you define it already seperate to each league ?
