How long is the game going to continually be down for? Everyday now the game is down for at least 6 hours or more every day making it hard to manage our clubs properly. I know there have been some changes with the game but there doesnt seem to be any information as to how long this unreliability is going to go on for.

Wow, surprised to hear that too! You’re the first one reporting such instability, the game has been up as usual since the change, the only instability reported was on the first day of the migration.
I second Joseppi’s question, which browser are you using? Which OS? What time of day you’re having issues? Do you get any errors or just can’t access the page?
Im using firefox and using windows 7 and the game is fine all day till about 9pm Uk time, then its down for the rest of the night till i go to bed at 2am at which point the site is still down. Its happened every night since the site changes were made.
That’s really bad! What still puzzles me is that nobody else has reported this, and we have other users in the region. I’m in Australia and constantly in touch with people from Brazil who play the game and I’m sure we’ve accessed the game at the corresponding time in our time zones without any issues.
We’ll see if there is anything more we can find out about this, please keep us posted if anything changes for you, good or bad.
Thanks Gabriel. The game is fine all day but once it gets to about 9pm it goes down. If it goes down again tonite i’ll try using IE and see if that helps.
If you use chrome, try opening an incognito window and accessing the site through it.
This is bizarre, I wonder if there’s anyone else affected.

Update : So yet again using Firefox the site is down after 9pm. However ive tried using Crome and it works. Still dont understand tho why its fine all day on firefox but not after 9pm!
All i get is a white screen with “Secure Connection Failed”

Ok, this is definitely related to ssl then. Looks like a that time, your firefox can’t verify the authenticity of our certificate for some reason. Normally verifying the authenticity involves being able to connect to the validating authority. I will do a bit of investigating, but for now just use chrome as a workaround please.
Hey Danilo. Ok i’ll use Crome for now till u can fix the problem which im doing right now as the site is down again for me on Firefox lol.

Im in the UK and its midday at the time of posting this.
Since the recent updates I’ve been experiencing some downtimes throughout the day, although they usually last only ~5 minutes. I just try refreshing the page every now and then, and after a while it works
The message I get is “Proxy error”
I have always used Chrome to access the game

Its a window often used for software testing, because it “start things from scratch”. It also doesn’t leave anything behind (or it shouldn’t)
Ahh right. I dont have problems on Crome tho, just Firefox tho hopefully with the change uve made now everything will be ok :)
