I have a player with a wages status at 6%, and another with a wages status at 100%.

Does this mean that the 6% player does not care much about his wages?

Or

Does this mean that that 6% player is about to quit my team?

If it’s at 6% then he believes his wage isn’t good enough, if you want to keep him happy negotiate a new one :)
