Does the board sack you, or is it a case of someone applying for your job when you are less than 10% in favour with the board?

I have been sacked from both games in the past month and would be interested to know if it was people applying for my job or the board actually sacking me.

I think it’s the board, I’m not 100%.

You’re only sacked when you go below 1% and someone with a better manager ranking than you is applying for your job. If you go below 1% and nobody better than you is applying your rating goes back to 1%.

So that is a polite way of saying, “someone applied for your job.” I have no real problem with this, it’s annoying but if you ever go to a pay to play model I’m guessing you’d have to remove this, otherwise there will be some unhappy customers.

To be honest if the board think your doing a bad job then they should replace you. Sounds realistic to me!

I won the Euro cup and was mid table, sounds like a foolish move to me, but maybe I’m biased.
