I was reading the Announcements(admin only) topic and I realize the away match penalty is not clear…

What exactly are the age penalties?

<=28 years = -3 all skills
29 years = -2 all skills
30 years = -1 all skills
=>31 years = No penalties for experience.

Yes and no. These are the correct penalties, but remember with the new economy system and changes made it now depends on the stadium level of your opponent. If they have stadium 10 then you will have -3 on all players no matter how old they are.
