ok here is the scenario.

Player up for sale at say 20 mil

2 teams bid at the same price – one is German Bund and other is English Prem
English Prem puts in a wage higher than the German team
If he joins prem then he will be the highest skilled striker. first team
If he joins German team then he will be 4th highest skilled striker.

who does he join….yes the German team!

why? lol

I think the division the team is doesn’t matter for the player’s decision, but in RS Germany has a better ranking league than England. The player’s value for the 1st team decision counts all skills so thats probably why he went to the German team.

It happen the same to me this tick, I offered a 15k wage for this player (http://www.rubysoccer.com/game/player_info/161851) and he went to Lille for a 6k wage. The thing is Lille has a similar number of strikers as my team just they have 3 strikers better than any of mine… Players should not only consider the number of players better than them but also how much better they are… That player would have much more chances to play first team in my team than he has in Lille…
