4) I guess there was some discussion regarding all the top leagues having 20 teams… ( what happened…)

I think 2nd and 3rd are already confirmed, but there is some doubt regarding the first.

Lets discuss and confirm whether it will be implemented or not.

5) Rebound offsides (players are caught offside when the ball hits the bar or is deflected by the goalkeeper)
6) Stamina will affect all skills by 1% for every 3 points below 100

how can you be offside off of a shot

thats not real offsides

if the opponents goalie keeper deflects a shot and a player who was onside when that shot was taken recieves the ball from the deflect behind the defenders
that isnt offside

player must be onside when the ball was first shot or passed or w.e.
also its the same for goal post goals

That’s exactly the situation, if the player was offside when the shot happened, not when he gets the ball ;)
